摘 要:采用环保型氧化剂——过碳酸钠对竹笋壳进行脱胶处理,以脱胶率为指标,对脱胶处理中过碳酸钠、过氧化氢的用量以及煮练温度和时间等因素进行优化探讨,最后借助扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪等仪器对所得竹笋壳纤维的结构与性能进行了分析。优化后脱胶工艺为:煮练温度为90℃、煮练时间为120 min、过碳酸钠用量为24 g/L、过氧化氢用量为40 mL/L,此时脱胶率较高为69.17%。本方法所制备的竹笋壳纤维被认为是一种具有广阔应用前景的、符合可持续发展理念的纺织工业原料。Bamboo shoot shell was degummed with environmental friendly oxidant sodium percarbonate. Taking the degumming rate as the index, the factors such as the concentrations of sodium percarbonate and hydrogen peroxide, soaking temperature and time in degumming treatment were optimized, and the structure and properties of the extracted bamboo shoot shell fiber were analyzed by scanning electronic microscope, XRD, infrared spectrometer. The results showed that when the scouring temperature was 90 ℃, the scouring time was 120 min,the dosage of sodium percarbonate was 24 g/L and the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 40 ml/L, the degumming rate was 69.17 %. The prepared bamboo shoot shell fibers would be considered as a kind of widely applicable and sustainable raw material for textile industry.
