摘 要:为提高黄河下游河势遥感监测能力,提升河势遥感监测服务水平,深入探讨黄河下游河势遥感监测的现状和存在的问题,提出黄河下游河势遥感监测系统的建设目标及思路。通过充分整合卫星遥感、黄河水利对象等相关数据,最大程度地共享现有数据资料和软硬件资源,设计开发黄河下游河势遥感监测系统,包括卫星遥感数据传输通道建设、遥感数据处理软硬件和存储设施建设、河势信息解译和服务功能开发,以及河势信息数据库建设等。结果表明:黄河下游河势遥感监测系统的建设可强化黄河河势遥感监测的数据计算与存储服务能力,提升河势信息解译的自动化水平,实现河势遥感监测工作的数字化及河势信息服务的高效化,具有很好的推广应用前景。In order to improve monitoring capability and the service level of river regime remote sensing monitoring of the lower Yellow River,the construction goals and construction ideas of the remote sensing monitoring system of river regimes are proposed through an in-depth discussion of the current status and existing problems of remote sensing monitoring of river regimes in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.By fully integrating satellite remote sensing,Yellow River water conservancy objects and other related data,we share existing data,software and hardware resources to the greatest extent and design the development of the downstream river regime remote sensing monitoring system of the Yellow River including the construction of satellite remote sensing data transmission channel,the construction of remote sensing data processing software and hardware and storage facilities,the development of river regime information interpretation function and river regime information service function,and river regime information database construction,etc.The results show that the construction of the remote sensing monitoring system for river regimes in the lower reaches of the Yellow River has strengthened the data calculation and storage service capabilities of remote sensing monitoring of the river regimes in the Yellow River,improved the automation level of river regime information interpretation,and realized the digitalization of river regime remote sensing monitoring and high efficiency of river regime information service,which has a good prospect of popularization and application.
