金果饮加减对甲状腺癌术后患者咽喉部疼痛、血清疼痛介质和认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨金果饮加减对甲状腺癌术后患者咽喉部疼痛、血清疼痛介质和认知功能的影响。方法收集78例接受手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者分为对照组和观察组各39例,术后均给予常规治疗,观察组另给予金果饮加减治疗。分别采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)和简易智能量表(mini mental state examination,MMSE)评价咽喉部疼痛状况和认知功能。比较两组患者术后咽喉部疼痛VAS评分、血清疼痛介质水平及手术前后MMSE评分。结果术后24 h、48 h、72 h,观察组咽喉部疼痛VAS评分低于对照组;术后72 h,观察组血清前列腺素E_(2)、5-羟色胺水平低于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术后5 d,观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金果饮加减能够有效缓解甲状腺癌术后患者咽喉部疼痛,降低血清疼痛介质水平,且对认知功能影响小。Objective To investigate influences of ingredient-altered Jinguoyin Decoction on throat pain,serum pain mediators and cognitive function in postoperative patients with thyroid carcinoma.Methods A total of 78 patients with thyroid carcinoma who received therapy of operation were collected as observational objects to be randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 39 cases in each.After operation,the control group was given conventional treatments.Besides that,the observation group was given treatment of ingredient-altered Jinguoyin Decoction.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and mini mental state examination(MMSE)were employed to assess status of throat pain and cognitive function respectively.Results In comparison with the control group,the observation group had lower VAS scores on 24h,48h and 72h after operation(P<0.05).Levels of pain mediators showed that,72h after operation,the observation group had lower levels of serum prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)with both statistical differences(P<0.05).In comparison with the control group,the observation group had higher MMSE score 5d after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions Ingredient-altered Jinguoyin Decoction can effectively alleviate throat pain in postoperative patients with thyroid carcinoma,and it can reduce levels of serum pain mediators and has less influence on cognitive function.
