自拟清热滋补肝肾方在他莫昔芬治疗的乳腺癌术后患者中的疗效观察

摘　　要：文章将自拟清热滋补肝肾方应用于他莫昔芬治疗的乳腺癌术后患者中,观察治疗前后患者的潮热症状评分、改良Kupperman总分、KPS评分,发现自拟清热滋补肝肾方可有效改善他莫昔芬治疗的乳腺癌术后患者的更年期症状,提高其生活质量。The self-made Qingre Nourishing Liver and Kidney Prescription was applied to postoperative breast cancer patients treated with tamoxifen.The hot flash symptom score,modified Kupperman total score and KPS score of patients were observed before and after treatment.The results showed that the self-made Qingre Nourishing Liver and Kidney Prescription can effectively improve the menopausal symptoms of postoperative breast cancer patients treated with tamoxifen and improve their quality of life.
