摘 要:在油气田开发过程中,随着生产进行往往容易出现防砂筛管堵塞破损导致的井底出砂躺井,严重缩短了油井的生产寿命。该文介绍了以国内海上某疏松砂岩油田为研究对象,建立的一套利用试验手段评价筛管防砂介质防砂效果的装置系统,可以有效地评价疏松砂岩油田不同防砂工艺与防砂筛管防砂介质的防砂效果。该系统设计充分考虑了地层出砂程度、生产压差大小和地层温度变化因素,主要由试验主体装置、加砂控制系统、恒压恒速动力系统及温控调节系统等组成,可满足油田开发完井防砂工艺评价优选的要求。In the process of oil and gas field development, as the production progresses, sand control screens tend to be blocked and damaged at the bottom of the well caused by sand production, which severely shortens the production life of the oil well. This paper introduces a set of equipment system that uses a test method to evaluate the sand control effect of screen sand control media based on a domestic offshore loose sandstone oil field, which can effectively evaluate the sand control of different sand control technologies and sand control screen sand control media in loose sandstone oil fields. The system design fully considers the degree of formation sand production, the size of the production pressure difference and the change of formation temperature. It is mainly composed of the main test device, sand adding control system, constant pressure and constant speed power system and temperature control adjustment system, which can meet the needs of oilfield development. Requirements for evaluation and optimization of completion sand control technology.
