疫情影响下辽宁省大学生就业现状及对策

摘　　要：疫情影响下,辽宁省大学生就业存在岗位数量急剧减少、毕业生就业竞争更加激烈、平均薪酬水平降低、流动性增加、就业心理问题普遍化等问题。为此,要充分发挥政府在大学生就业中的政策主导作用、强化高校在大学生就业中的主渠道作用,同时,毕业生也要加强自身就业素养。Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,there are some problems in the employment of college students in Liaoning Province,such as the sharp decrease in the number of jobs,the more intense competition for graduates,the decrease in the average salary level,the increase in mobility and the generalization of employment psychological problems.Therefore,we should give full play to the leading role of government policy and strengthen the main channel role of colleges and universities in the employment of college students.Meanwhile,graduates should also strengthen their own employment quality.
