摘  要:氧化锑矿是一种重要的锑矿资源,但目前还不能得到高效回收,氧化锑矿选别仍是选矿领域的一个难题。开展氧化锑矿回收基础理论和工艺研究,对于延长锑资源利用年限和保护环境都具有重要的意义。长期以来,广大选矿科技工作者对氧化锑矿选别方法开展了大量的研究,这些选别方法主要包括重选法、硫化浮选法、直接浮选法等。对氧化锑矿选别工艺与理论的研究进展进行了归纳和总结,并对后续研究方向提出了展望。在重选方面要开发高效微细粒氧化锑矿重选回收装备,并研究其在复杂力场中的运动规律;在硫化浮选方面需要加强硫化机理研究,筛选高效、低廉的硫化剂,降低硫化温度,硫化前对氧化锑进行预富集;在直接浮选方面应继续加强氧化锑矿浮选机理研究,提高浮选药剂的捕收能力与选择性,并加强氧化锑矿溶解的浮选溶液化学研究,开展氧化锑与其他脉石矿物表面异相凝聚、溶解离子表面转化等交互作用行为及机理研究。Antimony oxide ore is an important antimony resource,while it cannot be recovered efficiently at present,and the separation of antimony oxide is still a difficult problem in the field of mineral processing.It is of great significance to study the recovery theory and technology of antimony oxide to prolong the utilization life of antimony resources and environmental protection.For a long time,the vast majority of mineral processing scientists have carried out a wide range of studies on the separation methods of antimony oxide,these separation methods mainly include gravity separation,sulfide flotation,direct flotation,etc.The process and theoretical research progress of antimony oxide separation are summarized,and the future research direction is put forward.In the aspect of gravity separation,it is necessary to develop the high-efficiency finegrained antimony oxide gravity separation and recovery equipment,and study its motion law in complex force fields.In the aspect of sulfurization flotation,it is necessary to strengthen the study on the sulfurization mechanism,to screen the efficient and cheap sulfurization agent,to reduce the sulfurization temperature,and to preenrich antimony oxide before sulfurization.In the aspect of direct flotation,it is necessary,to strengthen the research on flotation mechanism of antimony oxide,improve the collecting capacity and selectivity of flotation agents,and strengthen the research on the chemical mechanism of antimony oxide solution dissolved in antimony oxide.Research on the interaction behavior and mechanism of antimony oxide and other gangue minerals surface heterogeneous aggregation and surface transformation of dissolved ions should be carried out.
