摘  要:以方解石为代表的含钙矿物的选择性抑制是矽卡岩型白钨矿浮选领域长期以来面临的经典难题。为此,创新性地引入一种无毒、易降解的天然胶——葫芦巴胶,作为油酸钠浮选体系中选择性抑制方解石的抑制剂,通过单矿物浮选试验研究了葫芦巴胶选择性抑制方解石的效果,通过Zeta电位测试和X射线光电子能谱测试研究了葫芦巴胶在2种矿物表面的吸附能力。结果证实,在pH=7.5~8.7范围内,油酸钠用量为150 mg/L、葫芦巴胶用量为200 mg/L时,方解石浮选受到显著抑制,而白钨矿的可浮性基本没受到影响,二者能实现良好的浮选分离。Zeta电位结果表明:葫芦巴胶能够稳定地作用在方解石表面,而在白钨矿表面的吸附稳定性较差。X射线光电子能谱结果证明:葫芦巴胶单独作用时,其能够与白钨矿、方解石表面钙质点发生作用,吸附在2种矿物表面;葫芦巴胶与油酸钠共同作用时,方解石表面的吸附仍旧以葫芦巴胶为主,而白钨矿表面的吸附以油酸钠为主。研究结果为白钨矿与方解石的浮选分离提供了理论依据。The selective inhibition of calcium-containing minerals represented by calcite is a classic problem faced by the flotation field of skarn scheelite for a long time.This research innovatively introduces a non-toxic and easily degradable natural gum-fenugreek gum,as an inhibitor for selective inhibition of calcite in the sodium oleate flotation system.The selectivity of fenugreek gum was studied through single mineral flotation experiments.Inhibiting the effect of calcite,the adsorption capacity of fenugreek gum on the surface of two minerals was studied by Zeta potential test and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy test.The results of the study confirmed that in the pH range of 7.5 to 8.7,when the dosage of sodium oleate was150 mg/L and the dosage of fenugreek gum was 200 mg/L,the flotation of calcite was significantly inhibited,while the floatability of scheelite was basically reduced.Affected,the two can achieve good flotation separation.Zeta potential results show that fenugreek gum can stably act on the surface of calcite,but the adsorption stability on the surface of scheelite is poor.Xray photoelectron spectroscopy results prove that when fenugreek gum acts alone,it can interact with calcium spots on the surface of scheelite and calcite,and adsorb on the surface of two minerals;when fenugreek gum and sodium oleate act together on the surface of calcite.The adsorption is still dominated by fenugreek gum,while the adsorption on the surface of scheelite is dominated by sodium oleate,which creates good agent adsorption conditions for subsequent flotation separation.
