摘 要:伊朗某钛铁矿强磁选粗精矿TiO_(2)品位为24.59%,脉石矿物主要为辉石,其次为斜长石、角闪石等。针对矿样特点进行了系统的浮选试验研究。试验结果表明:草酸对脉石矿物的抑制效果明显优于水玻璃,且在添加草酸的基础上再使用新型抑制剂LD-C可显著提高精矿TiO_(2)的品位。通过条件试验确定最佳药剂制度为:抑制剂草酸用量200 g/t、pH调整剂H_(2)SO_(4)用量1500 g/t、抑制剂LD-C用量20 g/t、捕收剂MOH用量1500 g/t,在最佳药剂制度下,采用1次粗选3次精选1次扫选、中矿按顺序返回的闭路浮选工艺流程,可获得TiO_(2)品位46.52%、回收率69.59%的钛精矿,浮选所得钛精矿含CaO为0.23%、MgO为1.18%、SiO_(2)为1.28%,说明草酸和LD-C对脉石矿物的抑制效果显著。The ilmenite concentrate of high intensity magnetic separation from Iran has a TiO_(2) grade of 24.59%,in which the gangue minerals is mainly composed of SiO_(2),CaO,MgO and Al_(2)O_(3).A systematic flotation test was carried out according to the characteristics of the ore sample.The results showed that the depression effect of oxalic acid on these gangue mineral was obviously better than that of sodium silicate,and the grade of TiO_(2) in the concentrate can be significantly improved by using new inhibitor LD-C on the basis of adding oxalic acid.The optimum conditions for flotation separation of ilmenite from gangue minerals were as follows:the dosage of depressant oxalic acid of 200 g/t,pH regulator H_(2)SO_(4) of 1500 g/t,depressant LD-C of 20 g/t and collector MOH of 1500 g/t.Under such conditions,ilmenite concentrate with TiO_(2) grade of46.52%and recovery of 69.59%can be obtained by using the closed-circuit flotation process of one roughing,three concentration,one scavenging and middlings returning in sequence,and the contents of CaO,MgO and SiO_(2) in ilmenite concentrate are 0.23%,1.18%and 1.28%,respectively.Thus,it can be concluded that the combination using of oxalic acid and LD-C has a significant depression effect on gangue minerals.
