摘　　要：以某型直流电动机换向器故障为例,介绍了故障诊断过程,确定了故障点,根据电机结构提出了优化焊接方案并进行了验证,有效提升电枢焊接的可靠性。taking the commutator fault of a DC motor as an example,the fault diagnosis process is introduced,the fault point is determined,and the optimized welding scheme is proposed and verified according to the motor structure,which effectively improves the reliability of armature welding.Through analyzing the fault phenomenon of dc motor armature,judge the fault point,and put forward the optimization and improvement plan for the existing problems.
