摘　　要：目的本研究对上海市中心创伤急救医联体内的医院进行调研,探究并系统梳理老年创伤人群的伤情特征。方法收集老年创伤患者住院病历信息19 231份,采用描述性分析,从人口学特征、住院情况和伤情诊断情况三个方面,分析老年创伤患者构成及伤情特征。结果老年女性患者(10 981,57.1%)多于老年男性患者(8 250,42.9%),老年创伤患者的伤部以下肢和头部创伤为主,跌倒和机动车与非机动车交通事故是老年创伤患者的主要损伤外部原因。结论老年创伤患者救治中,应关注头部和下肢创伤,关注老年女性患者。相关健康教育方面,需要关注老年人跌倒和非机动车交通事故情况的发生,提高个人意识避免类似情况发生。Objective To conduct a survey of hospitals in the Shanghai Central Trauma Emergency Medical Consortium,and explore and systematically sort out the injury characteristics of the elderly trauma patients.Methods 19,231 medical records were collected.Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the composition and injury characteristics of elderly trauma patients from three aspects:demographic characteristics,hospitalization and injury diagnosis.Results There were more elderly female patients(10981,57.1%)than elderly male patients(8250,42.9%).Elderly trauma patients mainly suffered from lower limb and head trauma.Falls and motor/non-motor vehicle traffic accidents were the main external causes of injuries.Conclusion In the treatment of elderly trauma patients,attention should be paid to head and lower limb trauma.In terms of related health education,it is necessary to pay attention to the occurrence of elderly falls and non-motor vehicle accidents,and to improve personal awareness to avoid similar situations.
