摘　　要：目的了解海军某舰官兵在执行远航训练一个月时不同岗位之间抑郁焦虑压力等负性情绪状况并调查其影响因素。方法随机调研某舰艇驻舰官兵179人,采用问卷调查,分析不同岗位官兵负性情绪差异,并探讨其影响因素。结果远航后不同岗位官兵抑郁、焦虑负性情绪差异有统计学意义,且这种情绪差异与个人特质中生活应对能力相关。结论舰艇官兵不同岗位负性情绪状况不同,且长程远航时出现负性情绪激增与人格特质有直接关联,因此重点岗位与人员应重点干预。Objective To understand the negative emotions such as depression,anxiety,and pressure between different positions of the navy officers and soldiers during the voyage training for one month,and investigate their influential factors.Methods 179 officers and soldiers who stationed on navy ship were randomly surveyed,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the differences in negative emotions among officers and soldiers in different positions and explore its influential factors.Results There were significant differences in depression and anxiety among officers and soldiers,which were related to the life coping ability.Conclusion Naval officers and soldiers have different negative emotions in different positions and the surge in negative emotions during long-distance voyages is directly related to personality traits.Therefore,interventions should be focused on key positions and personnel.
