摘　　要：搭建产学研协同创新科研平台是公立医院提升科技转化能力的必然选择。上海某公立医院通过租用院外场地建立临床医学科创园区来探索医学科技成果转化的新模式和新路径。从园区建设初期公益性风险、科技产出风险和资金风险三个角度出发,制定风险防范策略,以期为园区的正常运转保驾护航。It is an inevitable choice for public hospitals to set up an industry-university-research cooperation and innovation research platform.A public hospital in Shanghai has set up a clinical medical science innovation park by renting out-of-hospital space to explore new models and new paths for the transformation of medical science and technology achievements.Based on the risk of public welfare,the risk of science and technology output and the risk of fund in the early stage of the construction of the park,this paper formulates the risk prevention strategy in order to protect the normal operation of the park.
