摘　　要：目的了解驻岛官兵训练伤的发生情况及相关因素,为部队开展训练伤防治工作提供理论参考和科学指导。方法采用自行编制的调查问卷,于2019年12月抽样调查258名某岛礁驻岛官兵,并进行统计分析。结果驻岛官兵训练伤发生率为63.57%,不同年龄、饮食习惯、入伍前体能成绩、睡眠质量、有无慢性病、自我感觉训练强度的驻岛官兵训练伤发生率不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最常见的损伤是下肢关节扭伤和腰肌劳损。结论驻岛官兵训练伤发生率较高,受多种因素影响,应从加强健康教育、提高防治意识、贯彻科学组训理念、保障防治措施有效实施等方面考虑,以预防训练伤的发生。Objective To investigate the incidence and contributing factors of military training injuries among the island officers and soldiers,and to provide theoretical reference and scientific guidance to carry out military training injuries prevention and control.Methods A total of 258 officers and soldiers were surveyed using self-designed questionnaires in December 2019 and statistical analysis was carried out.Results The rate of military training injuries of island officers and soldiers was 63.57%.Different ages,eating habits,physical performance before enlistment,sleep quality,having chronic diseases or not,self-feeling training intensity had different rates,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The most common injuries were lower limb joint sprains and lumbar muscle strain.Conclusion The high rate of military training injuries of island officers and soldiers is influenced by many factors,so we should consider strengthening health education,raising the awareness of prevention and control,carrying out the concept of scientific group training,and ensuring the effective implementation of prevention and control measures to prevent the incidence of military training injuries.
