摘  要:中压大功率变频调速系统广泛应用在工业现场,三电平变频器作为高性能中压变频器是大型冶金轧机主传动驱动设备的首选方案。三电平变频器的直流母线电容位于整流和逆变电路的中间,其充电环节极其重要,直接影响变频器的安全运行。通过分析变频器常用的预充电电路,针对大功率三电平变频器,研究采用了一种结构简单、实用性强的预充电电路,分析该电路的工作原理,设计预充电控制逻辑,并经现场试验验证了预充电电路结构和控制方案的可行性。Medium-voltage high-power frequency conversion speed regulation systems are widely used in industrial field.As high-performance medium-voltage inverters,three-level inverters are the first choice for the main drive equipment of large metallurgical rolling mills. The DC bus capacitor of the three-level inverter is located in the middle of the rectifier and inverter circuit,and its charging link is extremely important,which affects the safe operation of the inverter. This paper analyzes the common pre-charging circuit of the inverter. Aiming at the high-power three-level inverter,a pre-charging circuit with simple structure and strong practicability is studied. The working principle of the pre-charging circuit is analyzed,and the pre-charging control logic is designed. The feasibility of the pre-charging circuit structure and control scheme is verified by field test.
