摘 要:宁波舟山港主通道舟岱大桥70 m跨径非通航孔桥墩身设计采用预制薄壁空心墩,墩高15.157~49.672 m,壁厚70 cm,根据墩高不同分别采用整体或分节预制安装。墩身预制安装施工率先大规模采用装配式预应力混凝土墩身竖向自锁式预应力施工技术,在实现自锁式预应力工厂化加工、整体穿束、锚固端自锁的同时,取消了墩身预应力齿块的复杂工艺,从而减少了预制墩身时钢筋绑扎的人数及作业时间,提高了墩身预制及安装的施工工效。实践证明,该施工技术先进,工艺简单,作业安全,施工高效,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益,推广应用价值高。结合舟岱大桥薄壁空心高墩身预制安装,对竖向自锁式预应力施工技术的研究和应用情况进行了全面阐述。The piers of the 70 m span non-navigable hole bridge of Zhoushan-Daishan Bridge, the main channel of Ningbo Zhoushan port, were designed with prefabricated thin-walled hollow piers with heights of 15.157 to 49.672 m and wall thickness of 70 cm. They were prefabricated and installed as a whole or in sections according to different pier heights. The assembled prestressed concrete pier vertical self-locking prestressed construction technology was first adopted in the pier prefabrication and installation construction on a large scale. While realizing the self-locking prestressed factory processing, overall tendon perforation and anchorage end self-locking, the complex process of pier prestressed tooth block was cancelled, thus reducing the number of people and operation time of reinforcement binding during prefabrication of piers,and improving the construction efficiency of pier prefabrication and installation. Practice has proved that the construction technology is advanced with simplicity in construction process,safety in operation,and high-efficiency in construction. It has significant remarkable social and economic benefits, and great popularization and application value. Combined with the prefabrication and installation of thin-walled hollow high piers of Zhoushan-Daishan Bridge, the research and application of vertical selflocking prestressed construction technology are comprehensively described.
