摘 要:研究女性穿不同跟高鞋子行走时前掌压强变化,针对高跟鞋对前掌受力影响明显情况,研究脚前掌压力中心位置的变化,发现前掌压力中心随着跟高增加向脚内踝移动,高跟鞋跟超过5.5 mm,前掌受力面积减少。建议高跟鞋鞋底设计考虑利用弹性势能时间效应,建立完整稳定高跟鞋舒适性评价体系,避免足底局部高压强区产生,维持人体足部正常功能。This paper studies the changes in forefoot pressure when women wear shoes with different heel heights.Aiming at the obvious influence of high heels on the forefoot force,the changes in the forefoot pressure center position are studied,and it is found that the forefoot pressure center increases with the heel height to the foot The medial malleolus moves,the heel of the high heel exceeds 5.5 mm,and the force area of the forefoot is reduced.It is recommended that the design of high-heeled shoes consider the time effect of elastic potential energy to establish a complete and stable comfort evaluation system of high-heeled shoes to avoid local high-pressure areas on the soles of the feet and maintain the normal functions of the human foot.
