摘  要:恶病质(cachexia)是一种以体重减轻、肌肉萎缩和脂肪组织功能障碍为特征,伴有代谢紊乱、全身炎症和胰岛素抵抗的多因素综合征[1]。恶病质通常与一些潜在的慢性退行性疾病有关,如癌症、终末期心力衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和慢性肾功能衰竭等。肌肉丢失长期以来主导着恶病质的研究而我们对患者脂肪流失的原因却知之甚少。Cachexia has high incidence and mortality rate in chronic degenerative diseases such as cancer and chronic heart failure.Abnormal metabolism of adipose tissue,especially the browning of adipose tissue,plays an important role in the early process of cachexia.In this paper,through the research on the browning of cachexia adipose tissue in recent years,it is concluded that the factors such as parathyroid hormone,interleukins and clock genes can activate the expression of thermogenic genes such as uncoupling protein 1 and PR domain-containing protein 16 in the nucleus,which can transform white adipocytes into beige adipocytes with thermogenic effect and increase adipocyte decomposition and energy dissipation.These results suggest that reduction or even blockage of fat consumption in cachexia by inhibiting the expression of thermogenic genes or blocking corresponding receptors is helpful for the prevention and treatment of cachexia.
