摘　　要：目前,受新冠疫情的影响,拍卖行业传统销售遭遇前所未有的冲击。同城拍卖管理系统选择C#编程语言进行开发,结合MySQL数据库,运用SWOT分析法进行效益评估,首页拥有浏览商品和查看信息的功能。系统蕴含在线竞拍商品、实现多元需求、提高购物效率等创新,具有用户不受时间地点限制、管理员不受场地成本束缚的特点。研究成果可为其他欲导入同城拍卖管理系统的研究人员提供参考。At present,influenced by the COVID-19 epidemic,traditional sales in the auction industry have suffered an unprecedented impact.The intra-city auction management system is developed in C#programming language,combined with MySQL database and uses SWOT analysis method for benefit evaluation.The home page has the function of browsing commodities and checking information.The system contains innovations such as online bidding for commodities,realizing diversified demands and improving shopping efficiency.It has the characteristics that users are not limited by time and place,and administrators are not constrained by site cost.The research results can provide reference for other researchers who want to introduce the intra-city auction management system.
