摘  要:利用磁光克尔效应测试磁性薄膜的磁滞回线,是研究磁性薄膜表面磁性的重要方法.利用矢量磁光克尔效应测试磁化矢量的纵向和横向分量,研究外延磁性薄膜和交换偏置异质结的磁化翻转路径.获得了磁光克尔效应测试磁化翻转场的角度依赖关系,结合畴壁形核与位移模型进行拟合,提出了外延磁性薄膜与异质结中连续和分立发生的90°畴壁形核反磁化机制.The hysteresis loops of magnetic films can be measured based on the magneto-optic Kerr effect(MOKE)magnetometry,which is an important method for studying the surface magnetism of magnetic films.We have used the vector MOKE magnetometry to obtain the longitudinal and transverse components of the magnetization vector,and studied the magnetization reversal routes of the epitaxial magnetic films and exchange bias heterojunctions.The angle dependence of magnetization reversal field measured by MOKE was obtained.Combined with the fitting of domain wall nucleation and displacement model,the mechanism of 90°domain wall nucleation reversal magnetization in epitaxial magnetic films and heterojunctions was proposed.
