摘　　要：新加坡石化产业在裕廊岛集聚发展,已成为世界级的石油化工生产基地,其石化产业的发展广受关注和推崇,被越来越多的国家所研究和借鉴。从产业规模、产业链、经营模式、对外贸易等方面分析新加坡石化产业发展的现状和特点,并在此基础上,结合“一带一路”“双循环”战略背景和对中国石化产业发展的认识,提出国内石化产业可以借鉴新加坡在产业集群化发展、国际市场开拓、科技创新能力建设、注重合资合作等方面的经验,从而实现高质量发展的建议。Singapore’s petrochemical industry has gathered and developed in Jurong Island and has become a world-class petrochemical industry base.Its development has been widely concerned and studied by more and more countries.This paper has analyzed the current status and characteristics of Singapore’s petrochemical industry from perspectives as industrial scale,industrial chain,business model and foreign trade,and put forward some ponderations over the development of China’s petrochemical industry.Based on the strategies of“Belt and Road”and“Dual Circulation”,and opinions on China’s petrochemical industry,this paper suggested that China’s petrochemical industry could learn from Singapore in industrial cluster development,the expansion of international market,the technology and innovation capacity building and the highlight of joint venture cooperation so as to promote high quality development.
