摘  要:高比例新能源系统中评估储能发挥的作用和需求是储能配置需要解决的关键问题。以陕西电网为研究对象,建立了基于全生命周期的电化学储能电源的成本效益模型,计算了陕西电网中电化学储能电站的容量效益、电量效益,优化了陕西电网化学储能设备的时长。在此基础上综合考新能源弃电率约束、供电可靠性约束,评估了陕西电网电化学储能电站的合理规模。研究成果可为高比例新能源系统配置电化学储能提供参考。Evaluating the role and demand of energy storage remains a key problem to be solved for energy storage configuration in high-proportion new energy systems. Taking Shaanxi power grid as the research target, this article set up the cost benefit model of electrochemical energy storage power supply on the basis of the full life cycle and calculated the capacity benefit and electricity benefit in terms of the electrochemical energy storage power station in Shaanxi power grid, and also optimized the duration of the electrochemical energy storage equipment. Considering this,the article evaluated the reasonable scale of the electrochemical energy storage power station in Shaanxi power grid by comprehensively taking into account the constraints on constraints on the power abandonment rate of new energy and power supply reliability. The research result could offer reference to equip the high-proportion new energy system with electrochemical energy storage.
