摘 要:高钢级、大口径、高压力和大输量已成为天然气管道未来的发展方向。为保证高钢级、大口径管道的可靠性水平,中国自2012年开始开展了系统的天然气管道基于可靠性和评价技术研究,形成了较为完善的天然气管道可靠性设计方法和配套工具。在总结国外已有研究成果和标准的基础上,阐述了天然气管道可靠性设计和评价方法的工作流程,以及形成的关键技术成果——管道目标可靠度确定方法,国内管道材料性能、现场环焊缝施工质量和管道参数库,不同失效模式下的管道极限状态方程,管道可靠度计算模型和方法;最后介绍了基于可靠性设计和评价方法在中俄东线天然气管道上的应用,该研究成果为中国首条1422 mm天然气管道的设计系数适用性论证提供了科学支撑,取得了良好应用效果。High steel grade,large diameter,high pressure and large throughput have become the future trend of development concerning natural gas pipeline.With an aim to ensure the reliability level of high steel grade and large diameter pipelines,China has carried out systematic research on reliability and evaluation technology of natural gas pipelines since 2012,and formed a relatively complete reliability design method and supporting tools for natural gas pipelines.On the basis of summarizing the existing research results and standards abroad,this article described the work flow of reliability design and evaluation method of natural gas pipeline,as well as the key technical achievements-determination method of pipeline target reliability,the parameter library regarding the performance of domestic pipeline materials,girth weld on-site construction quality and pipeline,pipeline limit state equation under different failure modes,as well as the pipeline reliability calculation model and method;finally,the author introduced the application in the China-Russia eastern natural gas pipeline based on the reliability design and evaluation methods.The research result provided the scientific support for the applicability proof of the design ratio about China’s first 1422 mm natural gas pipeline,achieving favorable effect of application.
