摘　　要：【目的】系统分析谷子GRF基因家族在谷子中如何发挥作用。【方法】基于谷子基因组数据库和生物信息学方法,鉴定谷子GRF基因家族的基因结构、基本特征、编码蛋白结构和潜在的磷酸化位点,并以序列比对进行系统进化分析。【结果】谷子含有10个GRF基因,含有2~4个外显子,分布于谷子第1、2、4、7、8和9号染色体上。MEME保守基序分析显示,谷子GRF蛋白均含有保守的QLQ(PF08880)和WRC(PF08879)结构域。磷酸化位点分析表明谷子GRF蛋白均含有大量的潜在磷酸化位点。【结论】为今后揭示谷子GRF蛋白的功能及其翻译后修饰提供重要参考。【Objective】The present paper aimed to analyze systematically the function of GRF gene family in Setaria italica.【Method】On the basis of S.italica genome database and bioinformatics method,the GRF gene structure,characteristics,position on chromosome,proteins and phosphorylation sites in S.italica were identified,and their sequences were comparatively analyzed.【Result】10 SiGRF s existed in the S.italica genome contained 2 to 4 extrons and located on the 1,2,4,7,8 and 9 chromosomes.Multiple alignment and motif display results indicated that all SiGRF proteins contained conserved QLQ(PF08880)and WRC(PF08879)domain by MEME method.There were many potential phosphorylation sites by phosphorylation sites prediction of SiGRFs.【Conclusion】These results would provide important clues for functional studies to reveal the role of SiGRFs and post-translational modification in S.italica.
