摘　　要：【目的】进一步了解云瑞系列甘蔗新品种在成熟过程中的甘蔗糖分积累特征和熟期情况,以便糖厂确定合理砍收时间,从而提高制糖企业的产糖率。【方法】以3个云瑞甘蔗新品种为材料,联合糖厂在德宏州瑞丽、陇川和盈江3个县(市)布置生态试验,在工艺成熟期收集其2年新植、1年宿根11月至翌年3月的糖分数据,对其糖分积累特性和成熟期情况进行分析。【结果】3个云瑞甘蔗新品种的成熟高峰期在2、3月,云瑞09-631在德宏州3县(市)3月开始出现退糖现象;各月份的蔗糖分与平均蔗糖分均呈极显著正相关;12月和1月的蔗糖分高低对平均蔗糖分的影响最大;晚熟与蔗糖分低相关联,且晚熟品种的蔗糖分偏低;全期平均重力纯度均超过85.00%。【结论】云瑞09-895和云瑞05-346属于早熟高糖品种,适宜在11月(或10月中下旬)砍收入榨,经济效益最佳;云瑞09-631属于中熟品种,在12月可达到4级成熟标准,适宜在12月安排入榨。【Objective】In order to reasonably determine the harvest time and improve the sugar production rate of sugar enterprises,the sugar accumulation characteristics and ripening period of Yunrui Series sugarcane varieties in the ripening process were explored.【Method】Three new sugarcane varieties of Yunrui Series were used as the material,and ecological experiments were conducted in Ruili city,Longchuan county and Yingjiang county of Dehong prefecture by united with sugar factory.The sugar data of two year's new planting and one year's persistent root from November to March of the next year were collected in the process maturity period,and the sugar accumulation characteristics and the maturity period were analyzed.【Result】The peak of maturity of the three new sugarcane varieties was in February and March.Yunrui 09-631 in Dehong three counties and cities in March began to appear sugar withdrawal phenomenon.The correlation between sucrose content and average sucrose content in each month was extremely significant.Sucrose contents in December and January had the greatest influence on average sucrose content.Late ripening varieties had the lower sucrose content.The mean gravity purity in the whole process maturity stages was over 85.00%.【Conclusion】Yunrui 09-895 and Yunrui 05-346 are early maturing and high sugar varieties,which can get better economic benefits when it was processed in the factory in November(or mid-to-late October).Yunrui 09-631 is a medium-ripe variety,which can reach the level 4 maturity standard in December,so it is suitable for pressing in December.
