摘 要:【目的】研究定色期密集烤房热湿环境分布。【方法】以标准密集烤房为对象建立CFD模型,运用大型模拟软件Fluent,对烘烤定色期密集烤房内部的温、湿度及气流组织进行系统的数值模拟,并验证模型的有效性。【结果】数值模拟结果显示在定色期典型送风参数下,上层烟叶区域温度最高,下层最低;在烟叶堆积区域由上到下水平温度梯度变化逐渐增大,进风口区域相对湿度最低,大门一侧底部区域相对湿度最高;温、湿度整体呈现不均匀分布。基于装烟室内温度、湿度及气流组织分布规律,综合考虑合理的风机能耗和叶间风速,进风口风速宜在3.5~4.2 m/s选取。【结论】相关的数值模拟结果可为密集烤房内部结构优化及烘烤定色期风机进风量的选择提供参考。【Objective】The present paper aimed to study the distributions of heat and humidity environment in the intensive curing period.【Method】The CFD model of the standard bulk curing room was established.The large simulation software Fluent was used to conduct systematic numerical simulation of the temperature,humidity and air distribution inside bulk curing room during the baking and color fixing period,and the validity of the model was verified.【Result】Numerical simulation results showed that under the typical air supply parameters in the color fixing period,the temperature in the upper leaf area was the highest,and that in the lower leaf area was the minimum;In the tobacco stacking area,horizontal temperature gradient increased gradually from top to bottom,and the relative humidity at the air inlet area was the lowest,and at the bottom of the door side was the highest;Temperature and humidity showed uneven distribution on the whole.Based on the numerical simulation results,the distributions of temperature,humidity and air distribution in the smoke chamber under the typical air supply parameters in the color fixing period were analyzed.Considering the reasonable energy consumption of the fan and the wind speed between blades,the wind speed of the inlet should be selected from 3.5-4.2 m/s.【Conclusion】The numerical simulation results can provide reference for the internal structure optimization of bulk curing room and the selection of fan intake during the roasting and color fixing period.
