摘 要:为探究不同养护方式及粉煤灰掺量对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)性能的影响,系统研究了5种粉煤灰掺量的UHPC在蒸压养护和水中养护条件下的工作性能、力学性能和渗透性能。试验结果表明,水中养护和蒸压养护条件下,UHPC的抗压强度均随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而显著提高;UHPC的抗压性能受蒸压养护时间和温度的影响很大,超过一定限值,会导致其抗压性能降低。此外,随着粉煤灰掺量从0%增加到40%,UHPC的渗透性能逐渐降低,混凝土拌合物的工作性逐渐提高。In order to explore the influence of different curing methods and fly ash content on the performance of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC),the workability,mechanical properties and permeability of UHPC with five fly ash content under autoclave curing and water curing were systematically studied.The test results show that the compressive strength of UHPC increases significantly with the increase of fly ash content under both water curing and autoclave curing conditions.The compressive performance of UHPC is greatly affected by the autoclaved curing time and temperature,and when it exceeds a certain limit,its compressive performance will be reduced.In addition,with the increase of fly ash content from 0%to 40%,the permeability of UHPC decreases gradually,and the workability of concrete mixture improves gradually.
