摘 要:储能是当前能源发展的热点问题,可有效缓解电能供需矛盾。抽水蓄能电站作为一种清洁高效的电能储能方式,具有广阔市场和良好的应用前景。抽水蓄能电站的引水斜井具有坡度大和路线复杂的特点,在建设过程中,为方便渣土转运,常采用全断面硬岩掘进机(简称TBM),进行反向施工,也称为反斜井施工。针对反斜井大坡度掘进过程中存在的姿态控制难和溜车等问题,开发了多重自锁防溜技术,使TBM掘进和换步过程都有多套撑紧装置在工作,满足严苛的安全施工需求。采用该项技术,能提高TBM反斜井掘进过程中的稳定性,可同时进行掘进和换步,姿态控制精度高,施工效率高,提高了TBM在大坡度条件下的掘进能力。An energy storage is a hot spot issue of the present energy development and could effectively release the supply and demand contradiction of the electric energy.As a clean and high efficient electric power storage method,the pumped storage hydro power plant would have a broad market and excellent application prospect.The water intake inclined shaft of the pumped storage hydro power plant would have the high slope and complicated route features.During the construction process,in order to have the convenient muck transfer,the full face tunnel boring machine applied would have a reverse construction and also the construction would be called as a reverse inclined shaft construction.According to the attitude control difficulty,car running and other problems occurred in the high slope tunneling of the reverse inclined shaft,an anti-slip technology with a multiple self-locking was developed and could make the tunneling and change step of the TBM have the multi support devices in operation and could meet the rigor safety construction requirements.The technology applied could improve the stability of the TBM during the tunneling of the reverse inclined shaft,meanwhile could make the tunneling and change step,could have a high attitude control accuracy and a high construction efficiency and could improve the tunneling capacity of the TBM under the condition of a high slope.
