摘 要:为了更好地分离采出蒸发结晶系统中的结晶盐,获得合格的产品,在设计过程中对不同化学物性的物料的分离设备进行设计选型。选出了3种采出蒸发结晶固体的方法,并分别对所涉及的化工设备结片机、离心机、过滤机进行了描述。对不同分离设备的种类和工作原理进行了阐述,并结合各设备优缺点讲述了其在应用领域中的特长,可以对哪些物料结晶体进行分离。结果表明:离心机分离结晶盐的应用更为普遍。In order to better separate and extract the crystalline salt in the evaporative crystallization system and obtain qualified products,the separation equipment of materials with different chemical properties in the design process is designed and selected.Three methods of extracting evaporated crystalline solids were selected,and the related chemical equipment,such as slicing machine,centrifuge and filter,were described respectively.The types and working principles of different separation equipment were described,and the advantages and disadvantages of each equipment were described in the application field,which material crystals can be separated.The results show that centrifuge is more common to separate crystalline salt.
