摘  要:本文通过PWM控制理论和涡旋压缩机噪声产生的原因分析变频器载波频率对压缩机噪声的影响,再通过试验研究验证了载波频率对压缩机的噪声的影响;通过调节通用变频器和专用变频器载波频率,对全封闭直流变频涡旋压缩机的噪声进行测试。试验结果发现,适当提高载波频率可以改善压缩机的噪音,且选择适当的载波频率对压缩机的纯音也有改善。Through PWM control theory and the causes of scroll compressor noise,the influence of frequency converter carrier frequency on compressor noise is analyzed,and then the influence of carrier frequency on compressor noise is verified by experimental research.By adjusting the carrier frequency of general frequency converter and special frequency converter,the noise of fully enclosed DC variable frequency scroll compressor is tested.It is found that the noise of compressor can be improved by increasing carrier frequency appropriately,and the pure tone of compressor can also be improved by selecting appropriate carrier frequency.
