摘  要:对三种化学预处理辅助蔗渣氧碱制浆的成浆性能进行了研究。结果表明:在三种预处理中,热水预处理辅助氧碱制浆的成浆得率最高且卡伯值最低;而NaOH-H2O2预处理虽然有效地降低了蒸煮能耗与碱液用量,但浆料性能低于热水预处理。相比之下,酸预处理可得到聚合度最高的浆料,但整个过程所需能耗最高且其它成浆性能较差。最后,对比单段氧碱制浆可知,单段氧碱制浆得率更高,但其它的成浆指标(筛渣率、粘度、卡伯值)均低于化学预处理。此研究也将为后续蔗渣综合预处理氧碱制浆提高参考,以期寻找出最适合于提升蔗渣氧碱制浆性能的预处理工艺。The pulping performance of bagasse-assisted oxygen-alkali pulping with three chemical pretreatments was investigated.The results showed that among the three pretreatments,the hot water pretreatment assisted oxygen-alkali pulping gave the highest pulp yield and the lowest kappa number,while the NaOH-H2O2 pretreatment effectively reduced the energy of cooking and lye consumption,but the pulp performance was lower than that of the hot water pretreatment.In contrast,the acid pretreatment resulted in the highest viscosity pulp,but the whole process required the highest energy consumption and the other pulping performances were poor.Finally,comparing the first-stage oxygen-alkali pulping,it was found that the first-stage oxygen-alkali pulping yield was higher,but the other pulping performances(sieve residue rate,viscosity,kappa number)were lower than the chemical pretreatment.This study will also improve the reference for the subsequent integrated pretreatment of bagasse for oxygen-alkali pulping,in order to find the most suitable pretreatment process to improve the performance of bagasse oxygen-alkali pulping.
