摘  要:以精制棉为原料,经过碱化、醚化及纯化等工艺,利用气固法制备了三种规格的高凝胶点纤维素混合醚——羟乙基甲基纤维素(HEMC),实验表明,醚化反应效率较高,得率为1.25~1.30。并利用气相色谱法、红外光谱、热分析等方法对其进行分析和表征,探索了新型纤维素羟烷基混合醚的分子设计、结构与性能关系。结果表明,三种规格的HEMC均具有优异的溶解性能、热性能和凝胶性能,其中凝胶温度的提高可通过适当调节羟乙氧基和甲基的含量来实现,进而根据需求进行工艺调整,研究结果为HMEC生产及其在建材等领域应用积累了数据。In this work,three kinds of cellulose mixed ether-hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose(HEMC)with high gel point were prepared by using refined cotton as raw material through alkalization,etherification and other processes using gas-solid method.The experimental results showed that the etherification efficiency was higher and the yield was 1.25~1.30.The relationship between the molecular design,structure and properties of the new cellulose hydroxyalkyl mixed ether was explored via gas chromatograph,infrared spectroscopy,thermal analyzer etc.The results showed that the three kinds of HEMC had excellent solubility,thermal properties and gel properties.The improvement of gel temperature can be achieved by adjusting the content of hydroxyethoxy and methyl group,and then design the process according to demand.Importantly,the research results should accumulate useful data for HMEC production and its application in building materials and other fields.
