摘　　要：环境保护档案的管理办法和相关规范推动了环境保护档管理的科学化、规范化和制度化,为我国环境保护事业提供科研参考和决策依据。为了适应新形势下环境保护档案管理的要求,2016年重新修订了《环境保护档案管理办法》,于2017年3月1日起施行。通过对比原办法及联系相关法律标准,对其主要内容进行了分析和解读。修订后的《办法》与《中华人民共和国环境保护法》的要求相符合,与垂直管理制度改革相适应,注重数字时代的档案信息化建设,但仍存在与国务院机构改革不相适应、概念界定尚需完善、归档整理的标准和要求有待更新等不足。The management methods and relevant specifications of environmental protection archives promote the scientization,standardization and institutionalization of environmental protection archives management,and provide scientific research reference and decision-making basis for China's environmental protection undertakings.In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection archives management under the new situation,the measures for the management of environmental protection archives in 1994 were revised and implemented from March 1,2017.By comparing the original measures and related legal standards,this paper analyzes and interprets its main contents.The revised measures are consistent with the requirements of the environmental protection law of the people's Republic of China,adapt to the reform of vertical management system,and pay attention to the construction of archives informatization in the digital age.However,there are still some deficiencies,such as the institutional reform of the State Council does not adapt,the concept definition needs to be improved,and the standards and requirements for archiving and sorting need to be updated.
