摘　　要：大数据环境下,网络赌博犯罪案件呈现出科技化、虚拟化、隐蔽化、智能化、组织化等新特征。大数据作为一把“双刃剑”,在便利人民生活的同时,也为网络赌博犯罪提供了便利条件和发展空间。网络赌博犯罪不仅严重侵害了人民群众的财产安全,其方法多样、手段隐蔽、地域分布广阔等特点也使公安机关陷入侦查困境。探索大数据时代网络赌博案件的侦查路径,有利于充分挖掘此类犯罪的线索型情报,全面掌握犯罪团伙的犯罪轨迹;有助于实现对此类犯罪实施科学精准的犯罪防控,维护社会经济秩序,维护社会和谐稳定。In the environment of big data,online gambling crime cases show new features such as technology,virtualization,concealment,intelligence and organization.As a“double-edged sword”,big data provides convenient conditions and development space for online gambling crimes.It not only violates the people’s property security,but also puts the public security organs into an investigation dilemma.Exploring the investigation path of online gambling cases in the era of big data is conducive to fully digging out the clue-type intelligence of such crimes and fully grasping the criminal trajectory of criminal gangs;helping to implement scientific and accurate crime prevention and control of such crimes,to maintain social economy order and maintain social harmony and stability.
