摘 要:为了研究轴向磁通永磁同步电机在增程器应用场合下,是否比传统径向磁通永磁同步电机电磁性能更具优势,分析两种不同拓扑结构电机的结构及特点,利用有限元求解方法分别设计了轴向磁通与径向磁通永磁同步电机,并对两种不同拓扑结构电机在空载反电动势、齿槽转矩、功率密度及效率等方面进行电机运行性能对比及分析。结果表明,轴向磁通永磁同步电机性能良好且具有一定优势,可作为增程器发电机设计的有力竞争者之一。In order to study whether the axial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator is superior to the traditional radial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator in the range extender application,the structure and characteristics of two different topological generators were analyzed,and an axial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator and a radial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator were designed by using the finite element method.The operating performance of the two different topological generators was compared and analyzed in terms of no⁃load back EMF,cogging torque,power density and efficiency.The results show that the axial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator has better performance and certain advantages than radial flux permanent magnet synchronous generator,and can be one of the strong competitors in the design of extended range generator.
