摘 要:针对电磁发射装置出口速度问题,基于两级磁阻型发射器,采用Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型脉冲成型网络(PFN)模块,结合对电磁发射系统进行整体优化设计,利用发射线圈间的互感作用,实现发射过程中放电电路的过零关断,削弱了发射时的减速作用效果。通过实验验证了该设计的可行性,在该设计的基础上,对不同时序触发进行优化,显著提高了弹丸的出口速度。Aiming at the problem of the exit speed of the electromagnetic launching device,based on the two⁃stage magnetoresistive transmitter,the combined use of TypeⅠand TypeⅡpulse forming network(PFN)modules was used to optimize the overall design of the electromagnetic launch system.The mutual inductance between the transmitting coils is used to achieve the zero⁃crossing shutdown of the discharge circuit during the launch process,the deceleration effect during launch was weakened,and the feasibility of the design was verified through experiments.On the basis of this design,different timing triggers were optimized,which significantly improved the export speed of projectile.
