论中国共产党与民主党派关系新品格

摘　　要：在长期革命、建设和改革实践中,中国不仅形成了新型政党制度和新型政党关系,还锻造出了中国共产党与民主党派关系新品格。作为一种新型政党制度文化,这种政党关系新品格是中国共产党与民主党派间情感特征、意志品质、价值取向和行为态度等的结晶,包括团结和谐与坦诚互尊、民主协商与平等法治、同甘共苦与携手发展等内容。回顾中国共产党和民主党派关系,其新品格从新中国成立前后至今,历经形成和曲折前行、恢复和发展、不断丰富和创新历程。重要作用和基本经验在于:中国共产党和民主党派关系新品格所产生的引领力推动着马克思主义政党理论的不断创新和发展,所形成的凝聚力成为政党关系长期友好并进而促进中国实践不断发展的重要动力,所昭示的共事品质和范式对世界各国政党关系、政党制度和政党政治具有重要的启迪和借鉴作用。In the long-range practice of revolution,construction and reform,China has not only formed a new type of party system and a new type of party relationship,but also forged a new character of the relationship between the Communist Party of China and democratic parties.As a new type of political party system culture,this new character of party relationship is the crystallization of the emotional characteristics,will quality,value orientation and behavior attitude between the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties,including unity and cooperation,frankness and mutual respect,democracy and consultation,equality and rule of law,share happiness and hardships and joint development.Looking back at the relationship between the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties,its new characters have gone through a process of formation,twists and turns on,restoration,development,continuous enrichment and innovation since the founding of New China.The important role and basic experience include the leading force generated by the new character of the relationship among political parties promotes the continuous innovation and development of the Marxist party theory,the cohesion formed has become the important power to form long-term friendship between the parties and to promote the continuous development of Chinese practice,and the quality of working together and the paradigm revealed have an important enlightenment and reference for the party relations,party systems and party politics of all countries in the world.
