摘　　要：以习近平生态文明思想为指导,深入分析国内生态强省建设及国外生态城市的相关做法,总结分析生态强省建设的经验和特点,依据黑龙江省自身优势及发展特点,制定切实可行的发展规划。全面提升黑龙江省生态治理能力,完善生态文明领域统筹协调机制,构建生态文明体系,为加快黑龙江省全面建设生态强省提供了经验借鉴。Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on ecological civilization,this paper deeply analyzes the relevant practices of ecological construction from domestic provinces and foreign cities.Summarizing the experience and characteristics of ecological provinces,it formulates practical development plans basedon Heilongjiang’s own advantages and development characteristics.Accordingly,we enhance Heilongjiang’s ecological governance capabilities comprehensively,then improve the overall coordination mechanism in the field of ecological civilization,and finally build an ecological civilization system,which provide experience for reference to accelerate the comprehensive ecological construction of Heilongjiang.
