地氯雷他定联合醋酸泼尼松对肾病综合征患者eGFR的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨地氯雷他定联合醋酸泼尼松对肾病综合征患者肾小球滤过率(eGFR)的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月在本院确诊的132例肾病综合征患者,采用简单随机分组将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各66例。对照组患者采用醋酸泼尼松治疗,观察组患者采用地氯雷他定联合醋酸泼尼松治疗,均持续治疗2个月。评估两组患者的总有效率,观察两组患者尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Cr)、eGFR水平的变化,比较两组患者在治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为95.45%,与对照组的89.39%相比无显著差异(P>0.05);在治疗后,观察组患者的BUN、Cr和24h尿蛋白定量水平均显著低于对照组,eGFR水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应的发生率为10.60%,与对照组的16.67%相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论地氯雷他定联合醋酸泼尼松治疗可提高肾病综合征患者的eGFR水平,可改善肾功能。Objective To investigate the effect of desloratadine combined with prednisone acetate on glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 132 patients with nephrotic syndrome diagnosed in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by simple random grouping,with 66 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with prednisone acetate,and patients in the observation group were treated with desloratadine combined with prednisone acetate,and the treatment was continued for 2 months.To evaluate the total effective rate of the two groups of patients,observe the changes of urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urine protein quantification,serum creatinine(Cr),and eGFR levels in the two groups,and compare the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.45%,which was no significant difference compared with 89.39%in the control group(P>0.05);after treatment,the quantitative levels of BUN,Cr and 24 h urine protein in the observation group were significantly lower In the control group,the eGFR level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.60%,which was no significant difference compared with 16.67%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Desloratadine combined with prednisone acetate treatment can increase eGFR levels in patients with nephrotic syndrome and improve renal function.
