摘 要:目的探讨运动量对近端跖腱膜炎(Plantar Fasciitis,PF)发病的影响。方法选择2020年12月至2021年7月于我院门诊就诊的30例近端跖腱膜炎患者作为实验组;招募30名健康志愿者作为对照组,分别采用体育活动等级量表(PARS-3)和疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)及踝-后足评分(AOFAS)对两组进行统计比较;实验组通过1个月减少运动量的保守治疗后再次进行统计分析。结果实验组平均体育活动量为(41.27±22.15)分,对照组平均体育活动量为(26.30±13.96)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组减少运动量前VAS评分为(5.60±1.00),减少运动量后VAS评分为(2.23±0.68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组减少运动量前AOFAS评分为(81.80±7.66),减少运动量后AOFAS评分为(92.93±3.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期中等强度以上的运动量或运动量的突然增加会导致近端跖腱膜炎的患病风险,合理、规律的运动是降低近端跖腱膜炎发病率的关键措施。Objective The effect of exercise on the onset of proximal metatarsal tendonitis(Plantar Fasciitis,PF)was discussed by scale test and data statistical analysis.Methods We selected 30 patients with proximal metatarsal tendonitis in Baotou Third Hospital from December 2020 to July 2,2021;30 health volunteers were recruited as control groups,compared using physical activity grade scale(PARS-3)and pain visual simulation scale(VAS)and ankle-posterior foot score(AOFAS),and again after conservative treatment of reducing exercise in one month.Results The average physical activity in the experimental group was(41.27±22.15)score,The average physical activity in the control group was a(26.30±13.96)score,Differdifference are statistical significant(P<0.05);The VAS score was(5.60±1.00),The VAS score was(2.23±0.68)(P<0.05);The pre-exercise AOFAS score(81.80±7.66),AOFAS score after reduced exercise(92.93±3.05),The differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion A sudden increase in the amount of exercise above long-term moderate intensity will lead to an increase in the risk of proximal metatarsal tendonitis,and reasonable and regular exercise is the key measure to reduce the incidence of proximal metatarsal tendonitis.
