摘　　要：在社会经济和科学技术高速发展的背景下,我国装配式建筑市场正迎来爆发式增长机遇。在装配式建筑施工过程中,将有大量预制构件进行现场安装,为了避免施工现场的混乱、出错及碰撞等现象的发生,提高施工效率和缩短施工工期,前期的施工模拟工作是必不可少的。本文以北京市某装配式高层住宅项目为例,运用Bentley软件对其进行施工场地布置和塔吊布置;运用BIM-FILM软件对其进行预制外墙吊装、叠合板吊装和整户型施工模拟,期望此次模拟能向类似项目提供一定的参考。Under the background of the rapid development of social economy and technology,China’s prefabricated construction market is facing an explosive growth opportunity.In the process of prefabricated building construction,a large number of prefabricated components will be installed on site.In order to avoid chaos,mistakes and collisions on the construction site,improve construction efficiency and shorten the construction period,the preliminary construction simulation work is essential.Taking a prefabricated high-rise residential project in Beijing as an example,this article uses Bentley software to carry out construction site and tower crane layout.BIM-FILM software is used to carry out prefabricated external wall hoisting,composite plate hoisting and whole house construction simulation.It is expected that this simulation can provide certain reference for similar projects.
