摘　　要：在现有激光打标机基础上进行改进,研发了一种高性能、高速度、高精准的全自动绿光PCB在线激光打标机。设计采用大功率绿光激光器、机器视觉、运动控制、图形处理、矢量字体处理、数据编译、数据传输等核心内容。设计的全自动绿光PCB在线激光打标机实现了PCB系列产品高效精准打标,解决了PCB产品溯源,实现全自动生产。Based on the existing laser marker,a high-performance,high-speed,high-precision automatic green light PCB online laser marker is developed.Its software and hardware design includes high-power green light laser,machine vision,motion control and graphics processing,vector font processing,data compilation,data transmission and other key contents.The full-automatic green light PCB online laser maker can realize the marking of PCB products efficiently and accurately,solve the problem of PCB product traceability,and realize the full-automatic production.
