摘  要:为了快速、有效的鉴定黄瓜优良组合‘SH23’种子的纯度和真实性,构建黄瓜DNA指纹图谱,利用100对全基因组覆盖的SSR引物对‘SH23’及其父本、母本、对照品种‘绿岛7号’和山海关当地品种进行多态性引物筛选和纯度鉴定。结果表明,5对引物在杂交后代和亲本间表现稳定、清晰的条带,多态性比例为5%。选用SSR19672引物对‘SH23’的种子纯度鉴定结果为100%。因此筛选出的5对引物可用作区分黄瓜杂交组合‘SH23’及其他品种,并用来鉴定该品种的种子纯度。In order to quickly and effectively identify the purity and authenticity of the seeds of the excellent cucumber combination‘SH23’,DNA fingerprint of cucumber was constructed.In this study,100 pairs of SSR primers with full genome coverage were used to screen polymorphic primers and identify the purity of‘SH23’and its male parent,female parent,control varieties‘Lyudao 7’and Shanhaiguan local varieties.The results showed that the 5 pairs of primers showed stable and clear bands between the hybrid offsprings and parents,and the polymorphism ratio was 5%.The seed purity identification of‘SH23’was 100%through SSR19672 primer.The 5 pairs of primers selected can be used to distinguish the cucumber hybrid combination‘SH23’from other varieties,and to identify the seed purity of this variety.
