基于服务视角的高校图书馆和谐度评价——以河北科技师范学院为例

摘　　要：针对图书馆和谐度评价的模糊不确定性,以及构建和谐图书馆与熵理论所具有的耦合性,给出了高校图书馆和谐度评价方法。通过文献分析法,从服务层面构建图书馆和谐度定性评价指标体系,运用熵、拟熵权模糊综合评价法,建立了服务视角下高校图书馆和谐度模糊综合评价模型。通过实证研究验证了该方法的可行性。The evaluation method of university library harmony degree was proposed to solve its fuzzy uncertainty and construct a harmonious library with entropy theory.The qualitative evaluation index system of library harmony degree was built from the service level with the method of literature analysis.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of university library harmony degree was established with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy and quasi-entropy weight from the perspective of service.The feasibility of this method was confirmed by empirical research.
