摘 要:按照挖掘分离装置组合方式、作业行数、挖掘铲的数目、挖掘铲的运动状态、挖掘铲铲面形状,对花生收获机挖掘装置进行了归类。分析了国内外花生收获机中挖掘装置的研究现状及国内现阶段花生收获机挖掘装置存在的铲前壅土、挖不净、荚果破损率高、挖掘深度控制效果差、制造质量不高,创新设计不足等问题。从结合地域条件、规范化种植、创新方法应用等3个方面,对花生收获机中挖掘装置的未来发展方向提出了建议。The digging devices of peanut harvester were classified according to the combination mode of digging separation device,the number of digging rows,the number of digging shovel,the motion state of digging shovels and the shape of digging shovel surface.The research status of digging device of peanut harvester at home and abroad were analyzed,as well as the problems existing in the digging devices of peanut harvester in China,such as soil accumulation in front of shovel,unclean digging,high pod damage rate,poor digging depth control effect,low manufacturing quality,and insufficient innovative design.Suggestions on the future development of peanut harvester digging device were put forward from three aspects of regional conditions,standardized planting and innovative method application.
