摘  要:【目的】准确预测火龙果生长发育进程,为贵州火龙果栽培管理提供理论指导。【方法】以火龙果周年生长发育状况为研究对象,针对贵州火龙果栽培的实际生产条件,采用生理发育时间作为衡量尺度,通过定量火龙果生长发育对温度和光强反应的差异,构建火龙果周年生育期模型,并利用独立试验数据对模型进行检验。【结果】构建了火龙果周年生育期模型,通过模型得到火龙果枝条萌动期、生长迅速期、果实生长期和生长停滞期的模拟值与实际观测值相对根均方差分别为18.17%、17.21%、16.86%和18.64%,均小于20%,模拟效果较好。【结论】模型可较准确地模拟火龙果周年内的生长发育进程。【Objective】The growth and development process of pitaya is accurately forecasted to provide the theoretical guidance for cultivation and management of pitaya in Guizhou.【Method】The annual growth and development status of pitaya is studied by using the physiological development time as the measurement standard according to the actual production conditions of pitaya cultivation in Guizhou.The annual growth model of pitaya is constructed by quantifying the difference in response of pitaya growth and development to temperature and light intensity.The built annual growth model of pitaya is tested by using the independent experimental data.【Result】The annual growth model of pitaya is constructed successfully.The relative root mean square variance between the simulated value and actual observed value at branch germination stage,rapid growth stage,fruit growth stage and growth stagnation stage is 18.17%,17.21%,16.86%and 18.64%that less than 20%respectively,which indicates that the simulation effect is good.【Conclusion】The built annual growth model of pitaya can simulate the annual growth and development process of pitaya accurately.
