摘 要:提高建筑节能率是降低建筑碳排放,实现住房和城乡建设领域“3060”双碳目标的重要举措。结合江苏省气候特色,以典型分散供暖空调建筑为例,研究总结了江苏省居住建筑节能75%的技术路线:秉承“被动优先、主动优化”的原则,进一步明确分户楼板的保温隔声要求,大幅提高外门窗热工性能要求;增设新风系统以改善室内空气质量及拓展促进可再生能源建筑应用。Improving building energy efficiency is an important measure to reduce building carbon emissions and achieve the"3060"carbon goal in the field of housing and urban-rural development.According to the climate characteristics in Jiangsu,taking representative engineering application of household heating&air conditioning building in Jiangsu as an example,the main technical routes of seventy-five percent energy efficiency of residential buildings in Jiangsu are summarized:the"passive priority,active optimization"principle is followed;thermal and sound insulation requirement for household floor is explicit;the thermal performance of external window is greatly improved;outdoor air system is added in order to improve indoor air quality and expand renewable energy application of residential buildings.
