摘 要:以太湖湖底隧道主体结构为基础,采用准原型试验对主体结构整体防水性能进行验证与研究。结果表明,太湖隧道主体混凝土结构及其防水工艺在4 m水深条件下的整体防水性能可靠,满足二级防水设计要求;结构变形缝与施工缝处在外包防水层完好的情况下,可承受30 m水压无渗水;外包防水卷材湿铺施工工艺和预铺施工工艺及其选用材料均能满足二级防水最大设计水深(20 m)的防水设计要求。Based on the main structure of the Taihu Lake tunnel in China,a quasi-prototype test is used to verify and study the overall waterproof performance of the main structure.The results show that the overall waterproof performance of the main concrete structure of the Taihu tunnel and its waterproofing process is reliable under the condition of a water depth of 4m and meets secondary waterproofing design requirements;when the outer waterproof layer is intact,the structural deformation joints and construction joints can withstand 30 m water depth pressure without water seepage;the wet paving construction process and pre-laying construction process of the outsourcing waterproof coiled material and the materials selected can meet secondary waterproofing design requirements for maximum design water depth of 20 m.
