摘  要:应用流变改性材料制备超高桥塔用高强混凝土,研究了流变改性材料掺量对新拌砂浆流动度与流变性能的影响规律,试验探究了流变改性材料对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:掺加流变改性材料能提高新拌砂浆的流动度,尤其可显著降低其塑性黏度;能增大混凝土坍落度,缩短倒筒时间,有效提高混凝土2 h经时工作性保持能力,同时可降低混凝土塑性黏度,提高混凝土泵送性;适量掺加流变改性材料对混凝土的力学性能基本无影响。In this paper,rheology-modified materials are used to prepare high strength concrete for bridge tower.The influence of rheology-modified materials on the fluidity and rheological properties of fresh mortar is studied.And the influence of rheology-modified materials on the workability and mechanical properties of concrete is explored.The results show that the fluidity of fresh mortar can be improved,especially the plastic viscosity can be significantly reduced by adding rheology-modified materials.And,the rheology-modified materials can effectively improve the workability of concrete after 2 h resting,improve the slump of concrete and reduce the pouring time.The addition of rheology-modified materials decrease the plastic viscosity of concrete,and improve its pumpability.The mechanical properties of concrete are not affected by the addition of rheology-modified materials.
