摘 要:通过对聚合物掺量为0~20%的改性3D织物GRC(3D-GRC)试件进行4点弯曲试验,根据应力-挠度曲线,分析试件的变形和开裂全过程,获得了抗弯强度、弹性模量、挠度与聚合物掺量的关系。结果表明,聚合物改性3D-GRC的本构关系曲线分为弹性变形、弹塑性过渡和塑性变形3个阶段;试件抗弯比例极限强度σ_(LOP)和比例极限挠度δ_(LOP)均与聚合物掺量呈正相关,δ_(LOP)增幅明显高于σ_(LOP)增幅,弹性模量与聚合物掺量呈负相关;塑性挠度和塑性模量分别随聚合物掺量增加呈二次函数关系提高或降低,其提高或降低幅度趋缓;试件抗弯破坏强度σ_(MOR)与聚合物掺量无相关性。聚合物的掺入可提高3D-GRC的σ_(LOP)、δ_(LOP)和塑性挠度,降低弹性模量和塑性模量,对其破坏强度无明显影响。Four point bending tests were carried out on polymer modified 3D fabric GRC(3D-GRC)specimens with 0~20%ratio.According to the stress-deflection curve,the complete process of deformation and cracking was analyzed.The relationships of flexural strength,elastic modulus and deflection with polymer content were obtained.The results show that the constitutive relation curve of polymer modified 3D-GRC can be divided into three stages:elastic deformation,elastic-plastic transition and plastic deformation.The proportional ultimate strengthσ_(LOP) and the proportional ultimate deflectionδ_(LOP) of the specimens was positively correlated with the ratio of polymer to cement.The growth rate ofδ_(LOP) was significantly higher than that ofσ_(LOP).There is a negative correlation between the elastic modulus and the aggregate cement ratio.There was a negative correlation between the elastic modulus and the ratio of polymer to cement.With the increase of polymer cement ratio,the plastic deflection increased in quadratic function and the plastic modulus decreased in quadratic function.The increasing/decreasing amplitude tended to slow down with the increase of polymer cement ratio.There was no correlation between flexural strengthσ_(MOR) and polymer cement ratio.The incorporation of polymer can improveσ_(LOP),δ_(LOP),plastic deflection,and reduce the elastic modulus and plastic modulus,but has no obvious effect on the failure strength.
